Ragnarok The Animation is an anime adaptation to the famous mmorpg "Ragnarok". The Story is a bit short focusing on the adventures of Roan, Yuufa, and the rest of their party members. Finding the truth about the world and themselves Roan and the others embark on a journey to grow and to be strong since the anomalies about monsters being overly aggressive being the talk in most of the towns they go. After some times the party learned that these mysterious phenomenon are the works of the Dark Lord. now they set their goals in sealing the Dark Lord again to save man kind.
Now for the review. The anime itself is not that special, the story is a bit fast and the transition is not that easy to follow. What i really liked about the anime adaptation is the fact that it was derived from the mmorpg Ragnarok online made me watch it until the very end... and yes I'm a Ragnarok Player but I am not biased about it. I think the makers of this anime doesn't really intend a long shot that's why the story already ended after 26 episodes, which to think could be prolonged more than 26 episode. Well if you played ragnarok you will know that the storyline of the game is not that short. Many monsters and characters should be shown in the anime if i were to be asked... but in the end this is an anime that's good to watch
