However this town hides a grave secret. Saya Kisaragi and her father, Tadayoshi KIsaragi, who live in the Ukishima shrine, know of this secret.



This anime Blood-C is compromised by supernatural beings like vampires and more and mysteries. Their town is being ravaged by monsters, possesing supernatural powersm called the Old Ones, their only purpose is to feed on humans. Though Saya may be an ordinary school girl, it is her duty to slay the monsters using the Sacred Sword, to keep her promise of protecting everyone. However along the way she starts to doubt the people around her, the town she lives in, herself, her existence, and the purpose of those Old Ones, the promise of protecting everyone.
