Kuroshitsuji (The Black Butler) Review

The Black Butler (Kuroshitsuji) is an anime adaptation to the manga written and illustrated by Yana Toboso. The story follows a very rich and powerful 12 year old boy Ciel Phantomhive, Head of the Phantomhive noble family. Ciel suffered ever since he was kidnapped and tortured on his 10th birthday, The same night their mansion was burned down causing his parents to die. Ciel formed a contract with a demon (Sebastian Michaelis) to be his butler in exchange for Sebastian consuming Ciel's soul. Now Ciel is on the hunt for the organization who kidnapped him to get his revenge.

                                                                   ( Ciel and Sebastian)

Overall this anime is actually really good. Even if the ideas of the story lacks information and are really hard to understand, the way they put it in the anime doesn't give much of a negative impact on the show. The characters easily attracts readers and followers even fan girls and boys are easily hooked up the way they present the characters. the story-line is a bit messy but it's really interesting and will always make you curious on what will happen next. In my opinion it would have been better if they put more depth on the back story since the main story is a bit dull because of the missing pieces.

I'll Rate this with an 8/10
