D-Grayman Review

D-Grayman Review

D-Grayman is an anime adaptation to the Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Katsura Hoshino. The series has a total of 103 episodes that finished on September of 2008. D-Grayman is a story of a boy named Allen Walker whose left hand is cursed that he uses to defeat Akumas ( Demons ). These demons are created by the Millennium Earl to destroy man kind. The Earl goes to the people whose loved ones just died and gives them the power to bring the dead back not knowing that they only curse the spirit of their love ones and make them an Akuma by killing the person who summoned them. The protagonists in this anime are the Exorcist who defeats akuma under the Black Order. Exorcist specializes in defeating akumas using the power of the innocence which are compatible to them. now Allen will be an asset to the order in defeating the akumas since he is the only one who can see akumas with his cursed left eye who disguised themselves as normal people. Now watch Allen defeat the akumas and gather new friends that will help them and join their cause.

(Allen Walker With Kanda from the Black Order)

The anime adaptation of the manga is very interesting no wonder this anime became one of the best sellers when it was published and aired on the television. The story revolves not only with Allen walker but all of them at the black order. It is not easy dealing with a story like this since almost all of the main characters have their own stories. The best thing about this anime is the portrayal of the characters.and also the fighting scenes are breath taking and for the storyline it's a big plus since the viewers can easily understand where the story is going to. The target for this anime is mostly for male (shonen) but females can also relate to this and they will agree that this anime will be worth your time. The only downside for this anime is that the Anime adaptation was not completed. Even if it ended with 103 episodes it is hanging and was ended immediately with out them winning the fight against the akumas, but the manga is still ongoing as for the updates.

My Rate will be 8/10
