Blood Lad Review

Blood Lad Review

Now for some, this anime was released just few months ago. With a 10-episode series that catch my attention and with its comedy genre that'll make you grin every unique episode they got.

Summary:

Staz(main protagonist of the seire) is a pure-blooded vampire boss of a section of the demon world, he do has little interest in human blood. He is more interested with Japanese culture and of course playing games like most of us do. When he learns that Yanagi Fuyumi, a Japanese teenage girl, accidentally wanders into the demon city, he jumps to the occasion. However, while Staz deals with an intruder on his turf, the oblivious Fuyumi is killed by a monster and becomes a wandering ghost. Now Staz vows to her that he will find a way to bring Fuyumi back to life.

This anime is a Japanese series created by the one only Yuudama Yuuki and aired at July 2013 and just recently completed. This anime is just like the other anime that we see with shounen genre. Blood Lad is an interesting because it really proves what shounen is. With it's twist scenes and mysterious events, I would recommend this anime for you guys to watch. Blood Lad has very simple plot but still it is interesting to watch for most likely otakus who loves supernatural beings. Yes it is quite childish graphics yet somehow it manage to get the attraction of the viewers as they get into the first episode and after that it will lead them to watch more. There's also one thing in this anime that like me and most of us loves it's design and bright color of the plot and of course the characters. The main character(Staz) is a cool kid and a pure vampire. The other character(Fuyumi) is pure innocent human girl. You see? otakus would probably watch this because of curiosity of what would happen between this girl and a noble blood vampire. There are awesome fight scenes too that otakus who love actions.

Overall score: 8/10

It is a really interesting shounen but it has only 10 episode which is a totally short run for the series. The characters are full of life and has unique personalities that otakus seek. Thank you for reading my review.
