This anime strikes on otakus who likes school life. Because indeed this anime series is all about making a club in school and the life of the students.
The main protagonist of the story, Hasegawa Kadota, has just transferred school and is having difficulties in making friends at his school. One day he met this girl, Mikazuki Yozora, who seems to have difficulties in having friends too. They then realized neither of them have friends so they became so. And so they have decided to make a club called The Neighbors Club. The said club is made for those who don't have many friends.
The theme of the anime is making friends. The theme is unique even the introduction of the characters are cool as well. It may have been the purpose of their club but it ends up being a harem anime for the club is membered by one male protagonist and cute ladies. The protagonist tends to be tease. This anime has cute comedy scenes too although it may not seems to be cute on the other viewers.
